Just a Cabriole Car (open air gondola) ride to the new Village at Winter Park for skiing, shopping and your dining pleasure. After hours enjoy the Five Mountain Tavern or take a FREE shuttle to the Village at Winter Park base for Pubs, Restaurants and more.

Resort Information:
Vintage Hotel is at the entrance of Winter Park Resort and has a gondola car to the new Village at Winter Park (base).
Founders Point / Fraser Crossing a new addition (three years old) to the Village of Winter Park base for ski in / ski out comfort.
Zephyr Mountain Lodge; Limited 1, 2, & 3 bedroom condominiums available. Call for Harmony for rates.
A limited number of rooms are available in each category; therefore rooms will be assigned on a first come first serve basis based on availability / resort. Meaning we strictly go by the date registration is submitted and fill in the rooming list based on the category chosen.
Conference Information:
WPPC is a limited seating, discussion based conference with great speakers and a diversified education program. The conference begins on Sunday, January 9th at 3:00pm with the conference ending on Wednesday, January 12th at 7:00pm at the Vintage Hotel.
WPPC is open to all Perfusionists, Surgical Technicians, Registered Nurses, and other Operating Room personnel. This activity has been submitted to the Association of PeriOperative Registered Nurses, Inc. for approval to award contact hours. The Association of PeriOperative Registered Nurses, Inc. is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
Activities that are approved by AORN are recognized as continuing education for registered nurses. This recognition does not imply that AORN or the ANCC Commission on Accreditation approves or endorses any product included in the presentation.

Registration:
Early Bird Registration ends on October 31, 2010 so register early and save money!
Pe-Registration ends on November 21, 2010 so hurry, you can still save money!
Late Registration will take place after November 21st and onsite at the conference.
Student Registration is accepted with a letter from the Perfusion School.

Lodging:
Special ROOM RATES have been negotiated for those conference attendees staying at the Vintage Hotel, Fraser Crossing, Founders Point, and Zephyr Mountain Lodge
Payments:
PAYMENTS will be accepted by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, or by check.
A deposit of $399.00 + one night accommodations is required at time of booking and requires the registration form and the credit card form if applicable.
Lift Tickets:
LIFT TICKETS are available at a special rate if purchased by November 21, 2010.
Lift tickets may be picked up at hotel check in on Sunday, January 9th. If you want to ski prior to the conference lift tickets MUST be mailed, you must make special arrangements with Harmony Adventures. There will be a $9.95 handling fee applied if mailed in US. Additional fee may apply for other areas.
Ski Rental:
To save time & money pre-reserve your skis with Winter Park Resort Rentals - The Base is the Place and is located in the Village at Winter Park. .
Air Travel:
Requests MUST be recieved in writing. Send request by email to conference@hatravel.com or by fax to 504-837-0708. Please include full names of those traveling, ages of children, your dates and the city you are departing from. Your request will be researched for the lowest possible fare. Fares are not guaranteed until ticket.
Ground Transportation:
Harmony Adventures will reserve your ground transportation with Home James Transportation or reserve a rental car at the corporate rate if booked by November 21, 2010. Shuttle reservations will not be accepted after November 21, 2010. You will not receive a confirmed seat on the shuttle if you do not provide Harmony Adventures with your flight information.
Tours:
TOURS are available, but must be booked directly with provider.
Insurance:
Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Due to the situation in the world today you must be prepared for the possibility of cancellation. Se the Insurance link on the home page.
Cancellation:
ANY cancellations or changes MUST be received in writing.

Information:
WPPC will assess a $100.00 fee to those individuals who choose not to stay at the contracted resorts. This fee is imposed in order to gain access to the conference. This fee is used to cover the cost of additional staff and conference room, room set up, and supply rentals.
Harmony Adventures will charge a nominal $19.00 handling charge to process your conference materials.
