WPPC is open to all Perfusionists, Surgical Technicians, Registered Nurses, and other Operating Room personnel.    Registration for Perfusionists is approved by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (26.4 CEUs applied).  This activity has been submitted to the Association of PeriOperative Registered Nurses, Inc. is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. (minimum 5 nurses registrations required)


Activities that are approved by AORN are recognized as continuing education for registered nurses.  This recognition does not imply that AORN or the ANCC Commission on Accreditation approves or endorses any product included in the presentation.

Conference Information:      WPPC is a limited seating, discussion based conference with great speakers and a diversified education program.  The conference begins on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. with the conference ending on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.

Registrations received after November 16, 2018 will be assessed a $25.00 late fee from Harmony Adventures.


CEU Credits: CEU credits of 26.4 have been applied for this meeting.

The Association of Perioperative Nursing may grant WPPC up to 22 contact hours in accordance with the American Nurse Credentialing Center Guidelines. (minimum 5 nurses registrations required)

Payments:                              Payments will be accepted by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, or by check.  A deposit of $499.00 + one night accommodations ($134.52) is minimum required at time of booking and requires the registration form and the credit card form if applicable.  See early bird registration special.  The final payment will be due on October 31, 2018.  Registrations received after October 31, 2018 will require full payment at the time of booking.  Roommates wishing to pay with separate credit cards may do so by submitting separate credit card forms, one for each card being used and separate registration forms listing each other as roommate.  A limited number of rooms are available in each category; therefore rooms will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Meaning we strictly go by the date registration is submitted and fill in the rooming list based on the category chosen.  Additional requests or changes after payment has been received MUST be in writing to   and a fee of $25.00 per change will be required.  Requests made via phone or voice mail, WILL NOT be honored.      


Cancellation: ANY cancellations or changes MUST be sent in writing to   Cancellation penalties will be charged as follows:

Between October 31 and November 16 – 50% of total

Between November 17 and November 29 – 75% of total

After November 30 – 100% non-refundable


Information:  WPPC will assess a $100.00 fee to those individuals who choose not to stay at The Vintage Resort.  This fee is imposed in order to gain access to the conference.  This fee is used to cover the cost of additional staff and conference room rental set up. If you book at the conference hotel on your own due to Time Share please send your confirmation to Harmony Adventures for verification.

Harmony Adventures will charge a nominal $24.00 handling charge to process your conference materials.

WPPC will be held at the Vintage Hotel located at the entrance of Winter Park Resort.  Just a Cabriolet Car (open air gondola), ride to the new Village at Winter Park for skiing, shopping and your dining pleasure.  After hours enjoy the Five Mountain Tavern or take a FREE shuttle to the Village at Winter Park base for Pubs, Restaurants and more. 

Resort Information: Vintage Hotel is at the entrance of Winter Park Resort and has a gondola car to the new Village at Winter Park (base).

 Founders Point / Fraser Crossing, a new addition, (four years old) to the Village of Winter Park base for ski in / ski out comfort.

 Zephyr Mountain Lodge, limited 1, 2, & 3 bedroom condominiums available.  Call for conference rates.


                                                A limited number of rooms are available in each category; therefore rooms will be assigned on a first come first serve basis based on availability / resort chosen.  Meaning we strictly go by the date registration is submitted and fill in the rooming list based on that information.


Lodging: Special room rates have been negotiated for those conference attendees staying at the Resorts listed above.  If you find a lower rate please send us the quote in writing so we can request the rate to be matched.


Ground Transportation: Harmony Adventures will reserve your ground transportation with Home James Transportation or reserve you a rental car at the corporate rates if booked by October 31, 2018.  Shuttle reservations will NOT be accepted after November 16, 2018.  The approximate travel time from Denver to Winter Park is 2 hours.  To receive a confirmed seat on the shuttle you must provide Harmony Adventures with your flight information to submit to the shuttle company by November 16, 2018.  


Lift Tickets: Lift tickets are available at a special rate if purchased by October 31, 2018.  Lift Tickets may be picked up with your conference registration packet at 2:45pm on Sunday, January 13thIf you plan on skiing prior to the conference you will need to have them mailed, you must select the mailing option on the registration form. There will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee applied if shipped in the US.  Due to time needed for International shipping Harmony Adventures will not ship outside of the continental US. 


Ski Rental: To save time & money pre-reserve your skis with Winter Park Resort Rental – The Base is the Place and is located in the Village at Winter Park.  We will also have a group contract with Breeze Ski Rentals.

Tours: Tours are available, but must be booked directly with provider on site.


Air Travel: The nearest airport is Denver (DEN) approx. 100 miles away from Winter Park.  If you would like Harmony Adventures to research options please submit your request in writing.  Send request by email to or by fax to 866-738-5942.  Please include full names of those traveling, dates of birth, your dates and the city you are departing from.  Your request will be researched for the lowest possible fare.  Fares quoted are not guaranteed until ticketed.
